The 2nd Studio is a converted and older shed. It is fully self
contained with its own kitchen and bathroom, with a separate toilet.
The Kitchen has a gas stove and an everhot wood stove as well. The
studio building has 2 concrete 5000 gallon tanks. Water to the building
is supplied by a grundfoss pressure on demand electric pump.
2 gas bottles are fitted for hot water and the gas heater.
In the past the building has been used as a workshop for healing,
meditation retreat and more recently as a commercial music studio.
This is an older building.
